Does anyone have suggestions on where to go from Paris to a coastal town in Italy without a car & where should I stay? 2-3 nights only. Thank you!

Fly from Paris to whatever airport is closest to the town you choose then use trains, bus or private driver

If coastal means beach to you, fly Paris to Firenze or Pisa Airport and take the train to Viareggio or fly Paris to Rimini.

Italy has 8000 km (5000 miles) of coastline. Which region did you have in mind?
And yes, follow Christine’s advice and fly.
But I wouldn’t follow Mike’s advice. If I’m flying all the way from Paris, I’m not going to choose Viareggio. There are many more places within those 5,000 miles of coast that I’d choose before Viareggio.
