Will I have problem finding gluten-free food (for celiac patient) in Florence, Venice, Rome? What resources can I check?
The Italian diet has plenty of veggies, meat & risotto that someone with celiac can eat. There are translation cards available at this sight: http://www.celiactravel.com/gluten-free-cards/21-italian.html
Print them out and hand them to the waiter to make sure the food is prepared properly.
