Rick's older "Italy" travel guide mentions Family Hofer as a quaint place to stay in Glurns in the Dolomites. We cannot find this place on-line. Anyone know if this private home still exists or takes visitors or has it changes names? If so does anyone have an updated name and way to contact (email address)?

If the address is 39020 Glurns, the page linked above shows the B&B as permanently closed. The last, translated post on their FB page (early 2017) states:
Dear guests, we would like to inform you that we have given up the
room rental business on December 31st, 2016 for family reasons. We
would like to thank all guests who have spent their holidays with us -
but especially our dear regular guests, who have been with us for many
years. Thank you and best regards, Pia and Karl

We recently stayed at Gasthof zur Post Albergo in Glorenza./Glurns. Very nice room, wonderful restaurant. I highly recommend.
