Global blue Tax refund office in MXP

I’m not sure where is the tax refund service located for global blue service.

Is it on Terminal 1 check in area 12， 2nd floor or area A Schengen 1st floor.

We plan to be there early around 5 am

Since you are checking in, I'd start with 2nd floor area 12. Says they open at 5 am. That is the Landside desk. You have to have goods available for inspection, then you can use the baggage check and off they go.
