Has anyone used GetTransfer and are they reliable? I am traveling from Lake Maggiore to Bologna Italy

GetTransfer is an App the allows you to book with 3rd party drivers - in much the same way as Uber. It's based in Dubai. . Reliable would mean the driver gets the booking and turns up. After that you take the risk. The feedback has some "off the main road" reports, you wonder how many are true. So you may as well try Uber for a 350km journey. Or the train.

I would suggest you consider using findtransfers.com.
You input your requirements and the site farms out your request to multiple transit/
shuttle companies, who can then respond with prices and you can check ratings
and decide who, if anyone, you want to go with. Payment is done direct with the
provider, outside the app. Could be credit card ahead of time, or cash to the driver,
etc.
Haven't used it in Italy, but it has worked great multiple times in the French Alps.
