Im hoping someone knows a better way to get to Praiano than I do! I was in Positano last year and we arrived by car from Naples. Although the drive was just gorgeous, the car sickness was not. I am wondering if there is a train from Rome or something that would go to Salerno and make the drive a bit shorter? Thanks! Joan

The Amalfi Coast is very curvy. It starts in Salerno and goes all the way to the Sorrento Peninsula. Praiano is half way, so either way you are going to encounter curves. If you travel in summer there might be the boat option. I hope you don't suffer from sea sickness.
