Getting to Capocotta Beach from Rome

We will have some free time in Rome (after our organized tour) and would like directions to Capocotta beach from Rome.
Which train (and get off where), and which bus (again, get off where).

Walking directions after that?

Thanks

One strategy that often works for these kinds of questions is to find the website for a hotel in the city/town of your destination. They almost always have instructions on how to get there from the airports or major transportation hubs. Good luck.

Yes, we found our way there: From rome, take the B-line (bus) to the Pyramid station. There, get on the train to Ostialido, and take it to the end (you can also get off earlier, for a half-day at OstiaAntica before heading to the beach) From the last train stop, take the #7 bus (I believe the #70 works as well) to the beaches. Generally, the "crowd" gets older, the longer you stay on the bus. The closest beach stop had lots of families. Next, more junior-high, high school kids. Next young adults, etc. The Liyornea/Varchi (Varco 4) stop is the nude beach. Oasi Naturisti di Capocotta is to the right, after a short walk from the road (over the dune) to the beach. Further to the right (divided by a short fence) is a gay beach.
During the week, it was mostly retirees.
