I've been trying to get tickets to the Scrovegni Chapel in April, but the site won't send me an authentication code for my phone. I registered an account and was able to book tickets in Milan for the Last Supper. I entered my international prefix +1 for US phone numbers. I've been troubleshooting my phone, but stuck. Any ideas?

I had this problem, too. I tried the site again on a different day with the authentication code and it finally worked. Just try again another day and good luck. Very frustrating, indeed.

I’ve tried multiple times. Yesterday it said I had a confirmation code sent to my phone but there was no code. Today it says my phone is number is in error? But in Italian. So I’m not sure what I do with my phone to fix this.
I emailed the tech support on the website and they sent me a number by email that worked fine. Got my tickets!

I had this same problem with a Canadian number. I emailed Vivaticket twice about it, over the course of a month, and never heard back, so I called the booking office at the Scrovegni Chapel directly: +39 049 2010020.
I had the same issue as Bree88: Did not receive phone code from
Vivaticket after registering and placing order. Tried on two successive days, same problem.
I sent an email query to Vivaticket but got no response yet.
So i did what kristenappleyard did, called and made reservation over phone. English speaker available as choice two when you call. So thanks to Kristen for her solution !
