Getting Married in Montesorro or Vernazza, Italy May 11, 2015 Need a Photographer

Hi!

Hi! My fiance ' and I would like to get married in the Cinque Terre in either Vernazza or Montesorro Italy. Our travel dates are as follows in the Cinque Terre:

May 9-12, With the wedding date being on 5-11-15. We will be getting married in the US before we come so it is only a Symbolic Ceremony. We would like a priest to bless our marriage and would like to do it outside or a church if available, and if anyone has any suggestions or can send me information on contact as I have been sending emails, etc. and trying to get in touch with people.

I also need contacts for Photography and Flowers. What I would like to know is if there are any travelers that will be in that area around those dates, as we are looking for candid shots and really don't need a professional. We would pay for service if there is someone interested.

First of all, congratulations!

THIS is one Photographer you could contact. He's located not too far from the Cinque Terre, so wouldn't have to travel far.

You could also contact Bella Vita Italia as they may be able to set up the entire program for you, including flowers. One of their team lives near Monterosso and she knows that area well.

Thank you all! I am going to write a book on this.. Seems like a lot of people have a hard time finding who to contact for churches and even other areas to get married as well. I am making some head way contacting the Communes direct and emailing them to see who I contact to use either the church and/or other areas.. Hoping for the best!

The people who have the most difficulty are those Americans trying to get legally married in Italy. That's a challenging task.

Yeah I can imagine. Thankfully we are doing a Civil Ceremony in the US and then going over. So happy there is the forum!
