getting from Varenna to Lugano train station to take William Toll Express to Lucerne

need to know which train station in Lugano and also where to pick up bus in Menaggio to train station. thanks Ines

There is only one train station in Lugano, big one anyway. The C12 bus indicates the bus terminates at "Lugano-Stazione Nord". That means it is on the north side of the station.

The bus starts at Piazza Roma in Menaggio, and the closest stop to the ferry dock is Hotel Bellavista, about 800 ft walk north.
