bus or ferry? going tomorrow April 21, 2014 - any preferences?

Bus has more frequent schedule options.

Sometimes the ferries don't run if the seas are rough. Hard to tell in advance. Bus is frequent. You will most likely change buses at Amalfi to get to Positano. The SITA bus does not run from Salerno to Sorrento. The buses run Salerno/Amalfi and Sorrento/Amalfi.

bus picks up in front of the train station in Salerno (easy to get a set!) and then takes you to Amalfi....then you would need to get on another bus.......I would say ferry if possible!
