The direct trains do Salerno to Florence in 3 1/2 hours.

Take the local bus from Ravello to Amalfi, then the bus to Salerno, then the Freccia train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Should take no more than 2 hours to get to Salerno, a little more if you miss every connection. Ravello to Amalfi bus runs every half hour.

I'd also use Bus or other transport from Ravello to Salerno, and then connect with the high speed trains which travel at up to 300 km/h. Note that some of the trains have one change (often in Naples), while others are direct. The travel time on the direct trains is 3H:37M, so that's about as fast as you can make that trip. If you depart Salerno at 09:14, you'll arrive at Firenze SMN at 12:51, just in time for lunch.
You can also travel via Italo Treno high speed trains on that route if the schedule and price work better for you. Their travel time is about the same at ~3H:41M.
