I can't seem to easily find the bus schedule going from Lerici to a train station in Sarzana, and then the train onto Florence. Has anyone done this? Thanks!

We have gone to/from Lerici and La Spezia, which was easy. This blog has a lot of useful links for transport in the area.

The La Spezia-Lerici route is L/S and it's ticket codice 3. The Sarzana-Lerici route is also L/S beginning on page 48 and it's codice 2. I would think you'd get a faster trip to Firenze from La Spezia, but I haven't looked into it.

Train schedules are similar from either La Spezia or Sarzana, both with a connection at Pisa.
