we will be visiting Rome in a few weeks. I would like your imput on best way (quickest and easiest also pricewise) to get from FCO airport to our Jewish Ghetto apartment rental.
Taxi?
Metro?
Also, the apartment rental service can provide service for 55euros for the four of us.

Not familiar with the location of the Jewish ghetto in Rome. If it is inside the ancient walls, probably is, then the fixed taxi rate is 48E. But for 55E I would opt for the rental service car. It probably would be bigger and more comfortable. The train to Termini and then a taxi to your apartment would be more expensive by a big margin.

The car service would be your best option. You are a long ways from the train station. You could do it via train, metro, etc. but it would involve several changes, your dragging luggage, and the savings is not that great.
