Getting from Cinque Terre (Manarola) to Marseille without a car

My husband and I want to go from Cinque Terre to Marseille on May 2. We know it will be a long day with several changes. Google maps gives directions that include something called BlaBlacar Bus, but that looks a little sketch. SNCF says train routes are undetermined right now because of repairs being made. I’m looking for advice on where to search, whether to buy tickets now for a trip in May and if anyone has advice on the easiest way to make this happen. With thanks.

BlaBlaCar Bus is an established business. It was started by SNCF but now is owned by BlaBlaCar, a ride sharing service. While I'd probably drive that route, if you insist on transit the bus probably would be an element of your trip.

It may be that the bus is supplementing the train route until track work is complete.
I think I would look into taking the train (Trenitalia) to Ventimiglia, shooting for one of the one-change options. Then figure out how to get from Ventimiglia to Nice, which should not be too difficult.

I have taken the train from Nice to Genoa, then Spezia then CT more than once. And also driven from Genoa to Nice. Do you know what section of the train track is out?

I have dabbled with BlaBlacar in France. They have an app.
