My flight to return back to the US leaves Rome at 630 AM. When do trains start to run in Rome? Or will I have to take a cab from Rome to the airport? And if so how much will that be? Thanks.

There is a night bus you can take that goes from FCO to Tiburtina (and vice-versa) and stops at Termini. I don't think the trains start early enough for you to make a flight at that time. A taxi will run you maybe 40-50E within the city centre.
