What's the best train station when coming from Pisa and heading to hotel Smeraldo? Roma Termini or a different one?

You can figure it out yourself by using Google Maps or Rome2Rio. This will give you a basic idea of the itinerary to get there. Then when you're ready to book, go to Trenitalia to check fares and times of travel and book your tickets.
