Getting a paper ticket for pre-booked Travelmar ferry

if you pre-book a ferry ticket on Travelmar, you need to go to their ticket office at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time to get an actual paper ticket.

My question is about a round trip ticket....

Say that I have a round trip, pre-booked ticket from Salerno to Positano.
When I get my paper ticket in Salerno for the leg to Positano, will I also get the paper return paper ticket from Positano back to Salerno.....

OR

do I need to get the return paper ticket at the port in Positano?

Travelmar has a pretty good website with Q&A, but I cannot find the answer to my question there.

ummm.....is it an open (unassigned time) ended ticket? If it is assigned already, they can definitely print out both for you when you pick up the first, but if you're not certain on when you would like to come back, it is easy enough to go up to the window for them to get you the right one (or the next one if you will haha).

I have never prepurchased travelmar, just walked up and bought when I wanted to go.

Yes, it is a ticket for a specific date and time.
The Travelmar web site seems to indicate that a ticket for a specific date/time is NOT exchangeable for a different time.

I am only thinking of pre-booking based on the many comments I have read about the crowds and long lines to get on the return ferry.
I would rather not pre-book the return ticket to allow me the most flexibility in Positano, but I worry about perhaps not getting on a return ferry when I am ready to depart or having to wait in a long line to then purchase a ticket for whatever departure is next.
I saw some pictures posted at the ferry in Positano from last year where the lines were very long to get a ferry from there.

I am going in late June.
