A friend and I were going to head north to Milan for a couple of days, but train tickets are ridiculous. Now, we're thinking of staying somewhere on the coast. We live in Rome and would like to get away. Any suggestions? (We've already been to Cinque Terre and Sorrento)

We stayed in San Vincenzo for a week. Stayed at the beach and can do day trips into tuscany if wanted

Hi Kristen, We have stayed in a campground at the coast of Tuscany near the villiage of La California, in the Cecina area. The coast is very beautiful and the surrounding area is enjoyable. We had a car to explore in.
