Hi,
My family and I will be in Genoa for Easter Sunday I don't expect much to be open due to the holiday? Are there any Easter processions or Easter activities? Any recommendations for a restaurant for Easter Sunday lunch?
Any assistance much appreciated!
All museums should be open. Just Google the things to see and you can visit those. The Aquarium is probably one of the top attractions (I think it’s the largest in Europe, and also the Lanterna, the tallest lighthouse in the Mediterranean and one of the oldest (built in the XII century).
I don’t know about the events going on but you can check on https://www.studentsville.it/ as we get closer to the date. I know they have the Columbus’ Egg event, a Easter egg hunt starting from Columbus’ birth house, but I think it’s for kids.
Thanks - guess I should be patient!
My boyfriend and I will be there as well on Easter Sunday! Hope to find a nice restaurant and enjoy the city.

Check out this restaurant. It is one of our favorites. I don't know if they are open on Easter Sunday but you could write to them and ask. Very good food, and NOT one of the many, many restaurants in Genova where the menu is fish-based. (We are not big fans of fish!)
We recently spent 11 days in Genova visiting family.
