We lived in Genoa in the winter of 2002 and could find a laundromat with a dryer NOWHERE in the city. We are now returning in 2 weeks, hope to be able to to travel light, but need to know if there is a dryer anywhere in town. We don't like the texture of t-shirts drying in air. Mille grazie

Carol, I did a little investigating on line and found the place below. It is in the Genova centro near the port and it appears to have dryers. Evidently this is a scarce thing in Genova. Good Luck! Ciao. http://www.lavaself.vista.org/index.html
