Hello
We will be disembarking our cruise on Oct 5th 2018 at Genoa Italy. We want to go to Paris.. What is the fastest most economic way to get there? We wanted to leave on Oct 5th because we don't have much time after that. We are departing home on Oct 13th out of Barcelona.. I was thinking we can stay in Paris from the 5th to the 11th...Fly back to Barcelona and spend a night before going home.. Any tips?

Also check Matrix. I saw a direct flight from Genoa to Paris on Airfrance for about $75 at noon and $270 at 7 pm on Oct. 5.

Genoa has a small airport ("Aeroporto di Genova-Sestri", IATA code GOA). Air France flies to Paris from there. Probably not cheap as there is no competition.
Alternatively train to Milan than fly. 1½ hours to Milano Centrale, plus another hour to get to Malpensa airport. Choice of three airlines to Paris (Aigle Azur, Air France or Easyjet), so should be cheaper.
Paris to Barcelona you can fly, or direct TGV (High Speed train) in 6½ hours.
