Gelato making demonstration in Rome

Never seen a gelato making demonstration in Rome or anywhere else for that matter. Sorry.

Just buy it for them - they will love it!

We've never seen anything about a demonstration. But you never know! Try google and see what you find!

I'm not sure there's much to see. Some cream, milk, sugar, and flavorings are mixed together and put into an ice cream freezer/machine. I didn't see anything advertised when we were in Rome.

i did a cooking class in florence and they had a class where you could learn to make gelato..
it was called "in tavola..just checked their website and they still have the classes going..

not quite a demonstration, it is a class you have to pay for, but if you are really interested in gelato, i think this would be a great experience!
