Gates of Heaven Tickets - Siena - question about entry into Duomo after roof visit

Hello
I bought gates of heaven tix for the Duomo in Siena on June 7. . The time I reserved was 12:30pm. After I visit the roof, do I have to wait in line to get into the Duomo or can I proceed from the Gates of Heaven climb right into the Duomo thereby skipping any line on the outside ?
