This gallery was written about in the Italy 2007 book. It is in Venice. I selected a lovely piece of glass artwork that was quite expensive but worth the expense. However, when they shipped the artwork it was the wrong piece. I have been speaking with Katia (and e-mailing) but am not receiving a prompt answer about receiving the correct artwork or sending back the incorrect merchandise. Any suggestions other than reversing my credit card charges? Has anyone else had this problem?
