Does anyone have contact info or know anything regarding possible ticket vouchers due to Covid-19 & the Italian decree keeping museums closed? We had tickets for the first week of May. Of course not only was our trip canceled but I know the museum was closed. I've tried emailing both the ticketing website as well as a contact email I found on the museum's website. But I haven't found any info regarding vouchers.
I understand if a voucher is given it may take time to receive one and hear back from either email. But for the Colosseum I've already gotten my voucher & Doges museum in Venice articulates their voucher & refund policy unlike the Accademia.
