Galleria Borghese & Roma Pass

Can anyone tell me how we can reserve our admission to the Borghese Gallery if we have the Roma Pass? When I go into the booking site, it doesn't seem to have the option of using my Roma Pass. Thank you.

copy from their site

Tickets info
Those purchasing a discounted and/or free ticket are obliged to bring the document that confirms their right to a reduction or a free ticket with them when they collect their tickets. Customers with a valid Romapass are asked to book their entry only by calling 06 32810.
In all cases where it emerges that a person is not entitled to a discounted or free ticket, they will be asked to pay the full ticket price, the online ticket will not be considered valid and will not be refunded.

calling is the only way, or have your hotel call for you - many will

I asked our hotel and they called for us and forwarded the email to me.

I too asked our hotel--they got a confirmation number for us which we used with our Roma Pass when we showed up at our reserved time. Go early--it's a bit of a walk from the Metro.

You MUST get there at least a half hour before your scheduled visit starts. At the half hour point they start giving away reservations as "no shows". There are often people waiting around for these slots so don't be late if you want to get in. There is a gift shop and a small cafe at the gallery as well as the park outside which you can walk around until entry time. You also need to allow yourself enough time to check your bags as they are not allowed inside the gallery. That line can be very long right before entry time so the earlier you get there the better. Bring your passport if you want to rent the audio guide.

Thank you everyone for your inputs. We are here in Rome & wlll visit these sites in a couple of days. We went with a tour guide recommended by someone on the forum and she was sweet enough to call & make reservation at the galleria for us. Some of us are getting Roma Pass so we didn't want to buy on-line & complicate matters. All the tips are definitely helpful. Will try to give feedback on tour guide recommended. We have just arrived from Venice and Rome is a world of difference. :) Don't know about the rest, but the Gelato & Pizzas are great. :)
