I booked 3 tickets of GALLERIA BORGHESE online the day before yesterday. Payment is successful, for the bank information. But, until now I have not received the confirmation mail. When I finished payment, there was a bar code and a piece of mixed numbers and letters. Is this the voucher? Can I collect my tickets depending on this bar code?

I would telephone them and double check the reservation. The phone number is on their website. They speak excellent English if needed. It is better to be safe than sorry. Borghese fills up and there is no lee way if all the reservations are taken on your day.

The answer is yes you can claim your reservation with the numbers. You do not need a copy of the confirmation e-mail.
I had the same thing happen about a year ago when I booked a reservation on a computer without access to a printer. I wrote the numbers on a piece of paper and just gave them the paper, no problem. Enjoy the Borghese and remember to look at the ceillngs.

Thanks for reply! I've mailed the ticket agency and got their massage.
The number is exactly the purchase code. Just show it to the boxoffice- that will be fine.

Zheng, A couple of points to mention.... Be sure to pick up your tickets early, as if you're not there on time they'll re-sell them to "standby" visitors (I know that, as I've used "standby" tickets in the past from people that didn't show up on time). Also, be prepared to check just about ANY bags you're carrying and also larger Cameras. These are NOT permitted in the Galleria Borghese, and they're quite strict about that. Happy travels!
