I've tried to access the official website for info and to purchase advanced tickets. https://galleriaborghese.beniculturali.it Sometimes the site loads, but more often than not, it "times out" and is not accessible. Anyone else experience this issue? Any suggestions?

The URL that you have listed is for the Gallery itself, and it may only be available during business hours based on Roman time.
