FYI - Walks of Italy no longer gives RS discount

That’s interesting! I was able to use the RS discount very recently. On March 6, I used their online chat on the website to inquire about 10% off for a Premium Colosseum Tour on April 26. They immediately sent a payment link with 10% off!

RJN, I just booked two tours with Walks of Italy, and got the 10% discount by using the online chat while booking. Thanks to the Forum friend who gave this tip recently.

I did see a discount code if you book 2 tours. That wasn't a Rick Steves discount code. Did they give you the one from the book?

As it happens, I did book two tours, and had to call the chat feature back up BEFORE I actually gave the credit card info.

It went smoothly from there. I was indeed told the 10% discount would apply with only one tour, but you have to ask for it via the chat feature (lower right hand corner of the screen - at least on our laptop.)

RJN, I thought that would cover all the bases! Lol.

I was able to get the 10% discount when booking through the chat. But the link they give you to confirm the booking and pay, is through City Experience. Is this where everybody else was rerouted as well? I just wanted to make sure it was legit.

I just chatted directly with Walks of Italy this morning. They said that RickWalksRome was the former code but they thought it was now invalid. I tried it and it indeed did not work. I now will ask if they can apply the 10% that you talk about.

I used RC10 (not RS10) and got 10% off.
