I was just in Orvieto and day tripped to Civita di Bagnoregio. The Bus stop for the Blue Cotral bus that takes you to Civita is no longer at Piazza Cahen, where Rick's Italy guidebook says it is. They moved it to the "former barracks" parking lot. It's about 100 m up Via Roma. Enter the barracks area and you will see the buses to your right. You can still refer to Rick's Orvieto map. The former barracks location is clearly shown there. Hope this helps you catch the bus on time. First bus is at 650 but the next one after that is not until 1245.

Thanks. I found your note, so I'll pass it along here. I'm not interpreting the February timetable (p. 6) to be as limited as you mention, but it's always a good idea to reconfirm locally the day before.
