Just be aware that the second floor is closed and many of the paintings will be moved to Palazzo Barberini.

Hello, First time poster on any forum. Thank you for the information, Amy. I just purchased tickets from the link above and VISA denied access and said the site was a scam. I did telephone VISA. Is this a valid link for the Borghese Gallery tickets? If so, I will keep the tickets I purchased for May. Thank you for your help.

Yes the link is valid. I bought tickets a few hours ago. Maybe try another card. I have one card that is sometimes rejected when I buy tickets online outside the US.
