Full service laundry in Florence?

Where are you staying? There's one on Via Guelfa (last block going towards Fortezza) that's good, but there are many all around Florence.

Just off piazza Santa Maria Novella, very near the famous farmaceutica Officina Profumo on via della Scala, is a lavanderia that you can drop off your clothes, come back in 2-3 hours and they will be washed, dried and folded. We did this when we had to do laundry in Florence a few years ago. I believe it cost about 20 Euro.

This is great laundromat 5 minutes walk from the train station. The machines are clean and the detergent self loads. Dryers actually dry stuff. I have used it on several trips.

OP, can you share what service that was? It might be helpful for other travelers. Was this a service were you dropped laundry off and picked it up clean and folded or did it yourself at a laundromat? What did you pay? Thanks.

Yes ... it was speed clean via fra’ Giovanni Angelico 44..:Florence

That location is outside the Viale (ring road) and wouldn't be the best full service laundry location for people staying in the center. Glad you had a good experience though.
