Full Experience.Tickets

I have the receipt for the purchase of two tickets but am having trouble receiving the tickets. I completed the request at the coopculture site five times and have not received any response. Any suggestions?

Are you to be receiving them by email? or in the mail? If by email, have you checked your junk/spam folder?

my ticket email from coopculture was found in spam folder... even though I got the receipt email

At least one ticket for my current trip to Italy was designated spam.

How soon after you paid for the tickets did you receive the tickets?
I have checked my trash and bulk folders.
