From Rome to Ischia

Raileurope has tickets from Rome to Napoli, Mergilli. Is this the port of Mergellina? And is this walking distance to the port that has a departure to Forio, Ischia? On the map from googleMaps.com, it looks as if there are two Mergellina train stations. I am traveling with my aging mother and aunt and did not want any unexpected destinations. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You can get to Ischia from both ports I do believe, and they are both pretty close together. Just make sure you get on the ferry destined for Forio as the other one on Ischia is on the other side of the island... which would make for an enjoyable bus ride to Forio but unnecessary. A good idea though to save some money (if you would prefer) is to not book through raileurope and just book when you get over. They really jack up the prices on their tickets, especially train tickets, if you buy them over here in the U.S. Though, it does have some added convenience with not waiting in line so much, which often you have to do anyways.
