From Paris to Cinque Terra??

I think I have convinced my friend that a 4 day trip to CT might be more fun then one to Amsterdam( sorry, I just cannot work myself up about Amsterdam)..

So,, now trying to find out if its a practical idea.. having no real plan on the how and how much of it?

We will be in Paris for 2 weeks( 3 more me,, yippee) and plan on giving CT 4,,possibly 5 days( including travel) so,, where do we fly into, and then I assume its a train ride??

Any more CT tips.

Ps. Assuming June is nice there,, would you go last week in June or first??

thanks

Easyjet flies into Pisa. Fly into Pisa and take the train from there. Piece of cake. Either first week in June or last week will be crowded but first maybe slightly less so. My only tip for CT is hike the entire trial.

My friend just phoned and said the RS Italy book says to fly into Genoa. Looking up airfares it does seem flying Easyjet into Pisa is alot cheaper,, ( even including a bag fee) ,, but is train alot more from Pisa to CT ,, or alot less frequent?, or alot less further time wise?
