Hallo everyone! Can anyone please explain what is the best way to get from Bagnoregio to Siena and from Siena to Firenze Sante Maria Novella station? Please provide the names of the train stations involved.

Bus to Orvieto, train to Siena.
You'll have to change trains in Chiusi Chianciano.

From Siena to Florence, I find the bus easier and slightly faster than the train. Buses depart from Piazza Gramsci and arrive at the Florence bus station, which is only a half block from SMN train station.

I am going to Bagnoregio. Departure from Rome to Orvieto by train and to Bagnoregio By bus.
