Friday or Saturday - one day better than the other for Siena, etc. tour?

I'm planning on doing the Best of Tuscany tour (http://www.thebestoftuscanytour.com) and was wondering if either Friday or Saturday is a better day for doing this tour in terms of the towns themselves (Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa)? Thanks!

I am leaving for 9 days in Italy next week, and i arranged to stay a Tuesday night in Siena so we could be there for market day on Wednesday. Other than that i don't know if any other days are better than others.
