Has anyone done the brunello tour with Franco Fadda? It is pricey, would you say it was worth it? Thank you.
Franco Fadda does private wine tasting tours in Tuscany. He offers a Chianti tour and a Brunello (Brunello di Montalcino wine) tour. I was just looking for some feedback on this tour and was interested if anyone had taken one of his tours. Thanks!
Here's his website and info.

I have no personal experience with Franco but Brunello di Montalcino is some of the best wines I've had over here. In the SMA (grocery store where we shop) you can Chianti's for 2.99E but not Brunello's. They start at the 20-25E range and go up. Some GREAT wine! Always a big debate of which is better -> Chianti or Brunello!!
There are reviews that speak of Franco on tripadvisor.com :

Doing a wine tour is a great way to see the Tuscan countryside. If you use Franco post a trip report! My wife and I just drove from farm to vineyard... olio or vino!
Thank you Ron, I will check out the link.
