Fortezza da Basso area florence

We are looking at renting an apartment near this garden . Reviews are positive and reviewers cite walkability to Douomo na dtrain.

Anyone stay in this area - travling in July (apt is airconditioned) and with 82yr and 17 yr old

I've not stayed there but I grew up in Florence and lived there most of my life.

I need the exact address. "Fortezza Da Basso area" is a very broad term that some landlords use very "loosely". If it's around via del Romito or Via dello Statuto, it's quite a walk to the historical center for a 82 y.o.
