Foodies tour in Venice and Rome

Has anyone had the experience of a foodies tour in either city. I actually did one in NY in Greenich (wrong spelling) Village and it was fantastic encompassing more than food, so interesting.

Rick's Venetian pub crawl is a good suggestion. You'll sample more food at a lower cost than you can imagine.
