Can anyone recommend any good foodie tours in Tuscany? Olive oil, cheese, Prosciutto ? We will be there the end of January. We did some excellent tours of this type in Cost Rica last year and would love to find one or two in Tuscany. We will also have a car.

Well in Tuscany, just walk in any little village trattoria and it will be a true discovery, wine, truffle, porcini mushrooms, all sorts of vegetable, zucchini, black cabbage, honey, wild boars, pigs, best Chianina and Maremma beef meet with the Fiorentina steak, pici (pasta), ribollita soup, Gorgonzola cheese, olive oil (new oil is now) paste of olives...., also taste Torta Della nonna e Torta Del nonna ( wonderful...)
Eat well and remember these wonderful tastes for ever!
