Food tours

Hello!

Do you think it’s imperative to book a food tour in advance in Venice? Or, can we easily book a your the day of? We are going to be in Venice on Sept 1 & 2. What specific companies would you recommend? Our budget is less than 80 e/person.

I believe you have 11 people plus 2 little ones in your party so if you want a food tour you should book in advance
However with your very short stay in Venice it’s not the best use of time
Venice is not really known for its food

There are so many things to see and do in Venice that taking a food tour only makes sense if you were there for 4-5 days. I would skip it and focus on the wonders of Venice, which as Christine noted, does not include food.

But if you insist on doing a food tour, you're probably safe waiting until you get there - it's not a hot ticket item in Venice.
