We will be three nights in Parma and have a day open to do a food tour. We will not have a car. There are numerous choices but I'm looking for personal recommendations. Our main interest would be seeing the production of and tasting Parmigiano Reggiano but also prosciutto, balsamic, wine, etc. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
