Food Tours offered by "Eating Italy" come highly recommended. Once you have your date then book, they sell out fast.

Their tours are wonderful. Maybe try a "search" (at the top left of the page) for food tours on the Italy portion of this forum for previous posts.

Highly, highly, highly recommend Eating Italy. It was THE highlight of our week in Rome.
