My sister- and brother-in-law are heading to Sicily in October. His birthday is next week, so we wanted to get him something they could use/do on the trip. My SIL suggested a food tour in Palermo. Any recommendations? I know Eating Europe and Secret Food Tours have good reputations, but wanted to see if anyone had good experiences with other tours.

My wife and I took the Streaty evening street food tour in October '22. It was a fun time with a small group of travelers and good, interesting food and drink. Reasonably priced.
We also took a Streaty evening food tour in April 2023.
The guide had grown up in the streets and the area of the tour, and knew everyone she passed.
I think there were only about 10 people, so easy to hear the guide.
It was really enjoyable.
We took the Streaty PALERMO NIGHT STREET FOOD TOUR April 2024. I would highly recommend especially when you first arrive. We went back to Salumeria Alcolica a few times while we were there. We would never have found it on our own.
