Food market and/or cooking tour for 1 day

Any recommendations in either Rome, Florence, or Sorrento for a 1 day food shopping and/orcooking class or combo in any of these areas.

There seem to be no shortage of cooking classes, but of all those in Florence I'd pick Cook Eat Italian with Manuela or Mauro.
