Any recommendations for these two places that may be off the beaten track and not super touristy within the city

OSTERIA DA CICE in Siena. I gave the name to my cousin who was on a tour; she asked the tour guide about this restaurant and the guide was surprised that a tourist knew about it. My cousin loved it. No website.

Lived in Siena awhile ago (2007!). This was our favorite place for pizza.
Ristorante Pizzeria Carla e Franca (nothing fancy but good pizza): Via Pantaneto, 138, 53100 Siena SI,
Italy. Seems like it still has good reviews almost 20 years later.
Ristorante/pizzeria All'Orto de' Pecci did not exist when we lived there but I have put it on my list for a future trip (used to walk my dog there when we lived there)
