Does anyone have advice for Palermo? I went this summer and had a great food/wine tour with Francesca ([email protected]) through these people https://palermostreetfood.com/ it was a 10/10, she was wonderful. But I am going back and would like to do something else. A lot of what I see looks gimmicky. Where are the authentic spots/experiences?

We had two great meals in Palermo last September. One of the most memorable meals of our entire Sicily trip was at Procopio Pizzeria which we happened upon by chance when we could not get in to our original restaurant of choice. The La Cruda pizza was to die for and the La Magione was amazing too. We also had a wonderful meal at La Galleria where the gamberini were the best shrimp ever. Highly recommend both restaurants.
