Foligno transfer

Is 16 minutes a reasonable amount of time to transfer trains in Foligno? My husband and I are first-time travelers, so I want to factor in plenty of Stupid American time.

Yes. The Foligno station is not large. Looks like you might be going to or from Assisi or Perugia. Foligno is a common train change location to or from Rome.
